Logistics Tablet Maintenance Requests

Requests View

The Requests view displays the current maintenance requests and individual maintenance request items for the currently selected job. Maintenance requests and maintenance request items are created in Framework ECM and synchronised to the Tablet PC. Inspection items assigned by the on-site maintenance inspector will also be displayed in the Request Items list.

Example: Let's say a client has a leaking toilet in her ensuite. The client calls the office to report the issue and the office administrator enters the details on the Maintenance Requests screen in Framework ECM. Once the Tablet PC has been synchronised with the office, the request and item(s) will be visible on the Requests view.

Maintenance Requests List

Provides a list of maintenance requests raised against the job.

Request Items List

Provides a list of maintenance request items for a maintenance request raised against the job.

Procedures

Viewing A Maintenance Request

Allows maintenance inspectors to view information about a maintenance request.

  1. From the Maintenance Requests list, tap a request. The Maintenance Request dialog will be displayed.
  2. After viewing, tap Close.

Viewing A Maintenance Item

Allows maintenance inspectors to view information about a maintenance request item.

  1. From the Maintenance Requests list, tap a request. The Maintenance Items list will be updated.
  2. From the Request Items list, tap an item. The Request Item dialog will be displayed.
  3. After viewing, tap Close.

Maintenance Request Dialog

This dialog is used to view the details of a maintenance request. The dialog is for viewing purposes only and cannot be edited.
