Logistics Tablet Diary
The diary area is used to manage all construction activities by date and time. It can be helpful in arranging workflow based on the activities due on a certain date.
The views available from the Diary sidebar include:
- Call Forward View (default)
Diary Sidebar
The Diary sidebar contains the following options:
Action Group
Action | Description |
|---|---|
Edit | Opens the General view of the Call Forward Item dialog. |
Call Up | Calls the selected item. This is the same functionality as the call forward 'Call Up' button. |
Call Off | Calls off the selected item. This is the same functionality as the call forward 'Call Off' button. |
Select Job | Tap to select the currently highlighted job as the selected job. The context bar will be updated. |
View Group
View | Description |

Call Forward | Opens the Call Forward View. |
Filter Group
Filter | Description |
|---|---|
All Jobs | When bold, displays every allocated jobs activities. |
Current Job | When bold, only the current jobs activities are shown. |
Incomplete | When bold, incomplete items are included in the list. |
Complete | When bold, completed items are included in the list. |
Overdue | When bold, displays overdue jobs. |

Onscreen Activity Filtering
| Filter - Items | Description |
|---|---|
| To Be Scheduled | Items that do not yet have a called for date, i.e. an allocated date for completion/commencement onsite. |
| To Be Called | Items that have a called for date, but have not yet been arranged with the supplier/subcontractor. |
| To Start | Items that have both a called and called for date, but are yet to have a start date |
| To Complete | Items that have called/called for/start dates, but are yet to be completed. |
Call Forward View List
Column | Description |
|---|---|
Job (select) | Number of the job. Tap to select the currently highlighted job as the selected job. The context bar will be updated. |
Lot | Lot number. Tap to open the General view of the Call Forward Item dialog. |
Street | Street name. Tap to open the General view of the Call Forward Item dialog. |
# | Call forward activity number. Tap to open the General view of the Call Forward Item dialog. |
Activity | Current activity. Tap to open the General view of the Call Forward Item dialog. |
Supplier | Current supplier for the activity. Tap to open the Supplier Details dialog. |
Orders | The count of Purchase Orders linked to the activity. Tap to open the General view of the Call Forward Item dialog. |
Called | Called date. Tap to open the Select Date dialog. |
Called For | Called for date. Tap to open the Select Date dialog. |
Start | Start date. Tap to open the Select Date dialog. |
Complete | Complete date. Tap to open the Select Date dialog. |
Item Comments? | Indicates the presence of item comments. Tap to open the Comments view of the Call Forward Item dialog. |
Item Notes? | Indicates the presence of item notes. Tap to open the Item Notes dialog. |
Payment Approval 1 | Tap to approve a purchase order payment. |
Checklist | Tap to open the Checklists dialog. |
