The Maintenance screen displays information about current inspections, requests, and the overall work flow of all maintenance items raised against a job. It is used by maintenance inspectors to review current maintenance requests, to record inspections, to create inspection items, and finally to assign those items to trades and suppliers.
Maintenance inspectors can synchronise their Tablet PCs with the office to receive a list of current maintenance requests.
