Logging into Framework Logistics Tablet

Using your Framework pin/password, enter this via the login screen.

Although the number pad is shown, regular passwords can be entered using your keyboard.

Framework Home Screen

These are the various elements of the Framework screen. Individual screens and their components will be discussed in the proceeding guides.

AThe 'blue bar' is known as the context bar, it's the central component of basic job information, as well as access to various screens.

The icons on the home screen, and their corresponding screens. A short description of the screen is given under each heading.

Each icon on the home screen relates to an icon along the top bar, which can be used as a method of quick access.

C

Buttons < > that are used to cycle between jobs that are available on the tablet. Note that the details/screen information will change based on the selected job.

DThe Framework button, which takes you to the home screen, and icons to the right which give quick access to screens.

Drop-down fields that can be used to specify individual staff members, which is more relevant to manager tablets, as well as the forecast method shown throughout the system.

The types of forecasting available are:

  • Manual
  • Baseline
  • Best Possible

This is known as the progress panel, where you can see:

  • How many days behind/ahead of the logistics programme is the currently selected job?
  • What is the overall percentage of onsite progress completed this week
  • What is the overall percentage of onsite progress, relative to the applied logistics programme?

Tapping on the % values will cause a recalculation of the logistics data, and update the statistics for the job.
