Logistics Tablet Notifications

The notification screen is used to show current notifications active for jobs on the tablet. This screen is only in use if the SupplierConnect feature is enabled.

This area can be used to monitor notifications that have been declined by a supplier, or show those pending that may be in need of following up (i.e. approaching start date, without an acceptance).

Notifications Sidebar

The notification sidebar contains the following options:


Action Group

EditOpens the General view of the Call Forward Item dialog.
Select JobTap to select the currently highlighted job as the selected job. The context bar will be updated.

Filter Group

FilterDescription
All JobsWhen bold, displays every allocated jobs notifications.
This JobWhen bold, displays only this jobs notifications.

Pending

When bold, shows pending notifications.
RevisedNot in use.
DeclinedWhen bold, shows declined notifications in need of attention.
CompletedNot in use.

Column

Description

Job (select)

Number of the job. Tap to select the currently highlighted job as the selected job. The context bar will be updated.

Lot

Lot number. Tap to open the General view of the Call Forward Item dialog.

Street

Street name. Tap to open the General view of the Call Forward Item dialog.

Call forward activity number. Tap to open the General view of the Call Forward Item dialog.

Activity

Current activity. Tap to open the General view of the Call Forward Item dialog.

Supplier

Current supplier for the activity. Tap to open the Supplier Details dialog.

Orders

The count of Purchase Orders linked to the activity. Tap to open the General view of the Call Forward Item dialog.

Called

Called date. Tap to open the Select Date dialog.

Called For

Called for date. Tap to open the Select Date dialog.

Start

Start date. Tap to open the Select Date dialog.

Complete

Complete date. Tap to open the Select Date dialog.

Item Comments?

Indicates the presence of item comments. Tap to open the Comments view of the Call Forward Item dialog.

Item Notes?

Indicates the presence of item notes. Tap to open the Item Notes dialog.

Payment Approval 1

Tap to approve a purchase order payment.
