Framework Advanced Register Management User Guide

Framework Advanced Register Management is a spreadsheet-style solution to review and manage multiple Framework ECM jobs simultaneously.

By allocating the Framework ECM fields into Registers and applying filters, you can view and update your Framework content in a simplified and targeted interface. Framework Advanced Register Management shares the ECM database so updates made in Registers are visible in Framework immediately, and vice versa.

Elements of each of the fields such as data type and format are the same as in Framework; a date field remains a date field and the content will still be correctly captured.

This spreadsheet format is easily exported to MS Excel, which can be used in lieu of traditional reporting.

Critical

Framework Advanced Register Management has direct access to the Framework ECM database and Security Permissions and Business Rules are not enforced.

Its use should be restricted to experienced users only.

Getting Started

This guide will take you through the steps required to create, view, and edit Framework ECM content in the spreadsheet format.

Step 1: Create a Register by assigning the available Framework ECM fields

Step 2: Create a Work Book that represents the group of Work Sheets you need

Step 3: Create a Work Sheet, using a Register as a base and apply Criteria

Step 4: Access the ECM data in the Register Spread format.
