Logistics Tablet Delays

The delays area of the system is used to manage contract and progress delays.

The views available from the Delays sidebar include: 

  • Current Job View (default)

  • Update View

Delays Sidebar

The Delays sidebar contains the following options:

This field/function is currently disabled.

Edit

This field/function is currently disabled.

Delete

This field/function is currently disabled.

Select Job

Tap to select the currently highlighted job as the selected job. The context bar will be updated.

View Group

Description

Current Job

Opens the Current Job View.

Update

Opens the Update View.

Filter Group

Filter

Description

All

When bold, displays all of the delays allocated to the Tablet PC.

Contract

When bold, displays all contract related delays for the current user's construction manager.

Example: Rain, Heat, etc.

Progress

When bold, displays all of the progress related delays that are allocated to the current user, as either the job's construction manager or supervisor.

Example: Public Holidays, Christmas, etc.

Date

Delay date.

To

Date the delay ends.

Reason

Delay reason.

Notes

Displays any notes related to the delay.

Job (select)

Job number. Tap to select the highlighted job as the current job.

Lot

Lot number.

Street

Street name.

Suburb

Suburb name.

Contract Delay (C)

Reason code for a contract delay on the day. Tap to open the Contract Delay dialog.

Progress Delay (P)

Number of progress delays for the day. Tap to open the Progress Delay dialog.
