Logistics Tablet Office Comments

The office comments area is used to keep up-to-date with the latest comments created by all staff.

The views available from the Office Comments screen sidebar include:

The Office Comments sidebar contains the following options:

Create a new comment.

Edit

Edit a select comment.

This field/function is currently disabled.

Delete

Delete a selected comment.

This field/function is currently disabled.

Filter Group

Description

All

When bold, displays all jobs allocated to the Tablet PC.

Construction

When bold, displays all jobs in the construction stage.

Mine

When bold, displays all jobs allocated to the current user.

Tap any cell to open the Comment dialog.

Date

Date of the comment.

Time

Time of the comment.

Staff

Staff member who created the comment.

Comment

Contents of the comment.

Public To All Staff?

If the comment is available to all staff, a tick will appear in the column.

Public To Client?

If the comment is available to a client, a tick will appear in the column.
