The labour area of the system manages labour and trade allocation. It is also used to determine the workload of all labour resources.
The views available from the Labour sidebar include:
Jobs View (Default)
The Jobs view has a drop-down list that can be used to filter the trades and suppliers allocated for the selected activity.
Trades View
The Trades view has drop-down lists that can be used to filter the trades and suppliers allocated for the displayed activities and roles across multiple jobs.
Labour Sidebar
The Labour sidebar contains the following options:
Action Group
Action | Description |
---|---|
Edit | Modify the currently selected activity. Opens the General view of the Call Forward Item dialog. |
Call Up | Calls the selected item. This is the same functionality as the call forward 'Call Up' button. |
Call Off | Calls off the selected item. This is the same functionality as the call forward 'Call Off' button. |
Select Job | Tap to select the currently highlighted job as the selected job. The context bar will be updated. |

Filter Group
Filter | Description |
---|---|
Approaching | When bold, displays approaching labour activities. This filter shows when activities are yet to be allocated, i.e. no called for is nominated. |
Allocation | When bold, display allocated labour activities. This is where the called for date is not empty, but a call is yet to be made. |
Not Ready | When bold, displays labour activities that are not yet ready. This shows when a job is allocated (called/called for is not empty), but is not yet ready to start based on the called for date. |
Start | When bold, displays labour activities that have started (or should have). Activities will tick over to this filter when they have started based on the allocated (called for) dates. |
Completion | When bold, displays completed labour activities. When an activity has a start date, but no completion date, it will show against this filter. |
