This article describes a solution to the error as described below:

No License available message

Solution:

Users must close the Framework program to release their licence.

Note: Logging out (ie: F12) is not enough.
When users close Framework the session appears as inactive with an X noted in the Active column, as per the below screen shot.  When a new user logs into Framework they will take any inactive session/s, failing that, they take an available blank licence. This is standard Framework behaviour.

If you have access to the Administration Module you can see who is using the Licenses.

Check who is using the Licenses

  1. Click on the Framework Icon to open Framework Explorer

  2. Open Administration Module of Framework

  3. In the Administration Menu Select System and then Licensing
  4. The below image is an example only.
    a) Shows the List of License Types Names available to Framework
    b) The count of how many Licenses you currently have for this license type
    c) Who is currently logged into Framework using these Licenses

License Sessions are released when you close the Framework Application. I.e. you must fully close the application for the license to be free for others to use.
