It has been found that the following SQL Hotfix may result in MS-SQL Server performance degradation affecting the Framework database and Framework Applications.

Immediate Action:

  • The Hotfix(s) must not be installed. If installed they should be removed. This must be done out-of-hours as a restart of SQL Services is typically required.
