This article describes a solution to the error as described below:
If the expiry date for your Framework licence is coming up within 14 days, you will see a message alerting you to this each time you open Framework.
Solution:
Below are the steps to update your licence expiry date.
- Connect to server that has the Sentinel Key connected to it. (Your IT department should be able to assist with identifying this and gaining access)
- Click Start>All Programs>Insula Software
- Open Field Exchange Utility
- Click Get Locking Code
- Copy the 20 character code and email to support@insulagroup.com.au so that your licence can be updated.
- Once a support representative has updated your licence, you will receive a new 20 character code.
- Open Field Exchange Utility in the same way that you did in step 2
- Copy the new code into the bottom field.
- Click Update Licence
- You will then be notified that the operation was a success and you can continue to use Framework.
