Crystal Reports - How to add a table and link

Solution:

1. Open the rpt file in Crystal Reports

2. Click on Database 

3. Click on Database Expert

4. Expand the folders FworkSQLEcm / dbo / Tables, scroll down to find the table called "UDF_job1", hi-light it and using the right arrow, push it across to the selected tables.  

5. Click on the LINK tab at the top and proceed with linking the job table to the UDF_job1 table.  Link job.l_job_id  to  udf_job1.l_job_id.
