This article describes a solution to the error message as shown below:

Only compatible products can be installed on the same computer

This Applies to

  • Framework Administration
  • Framework Advanced Register Management
  • Framework Sales Advice Management
  • Framework Construction Logistics Desktop
  • Framework Construction Logistics Tablet
  • Framework Integration
  • Framework VPB Browser
  • Framework My New Home
  • Framework Specification Management


For Example
Framework VPB Browser X.x.98xx
Framework Sales Advice Management X.x.99xx
are incompatible and cannot be installed on the same computer

Framework VPB Browser X.x.99xx or greater
Framework Sales Advice Management X.x.99xx or greater
are compatible and can be installed on the same computer. 

To resolve:

  • Download a newer version of the applications
  • Uninstall the previous incompatible versions
  • Install new versions which are compatible

If you do not have these compatible versions they are available to download from ftp://ftp.insulagroup.com.au 

If the issue persists, check C:\Program Files (x86)\Insula Group Pty Ltd and delete any folders belonging to affected applications you have uninstalled (only after uninstalling)
