Land Reservation and History

The Land Reservation screen is for the management of land that is controlled by the Enterprise and available to clients.
In order to avoid selling the same piece of available land more than once, land can be reserved at point of sale, with options for recording expiry, cancellation and completion information.
Land Register
The Land Register screen displays the Land eligible for Reservation, and the status of that process, through to allocation to a Job and Client.
For land to be managed in the Register and be eligible for Reservation, it must be Enterprise Land and set as Available for Sale. These properties are set when a Land record is created, or modified through Land Overview or Land Control screens.
Reservation can occur from within Framework Sales Advice, under the Reservation tab of a Sales Advice document.
Land Reservation History
The Land Reservation History screen displays the Reservation History of the current land record. It can also be used to Reserve or manage active Reservations outside of the Sales Advice process.
