Land Management Module

The Land Management module is used to create and manage Enterprise Land records. This is land that is not yet associated with a client file.

Land address information is entered when a new file is created. Other information for the file's land is entered through related screens in the Land menu. This information includes soil and survey details as well as the sale contracts, if applicable. There are also CRM features such as Comments and Alerts, as well as Land Linked files.

Enterprise Land does not have to be owned by the builder, but can be land available for resale through marketing option, access agreement, or put and call option.
