Overview

When attaching documents to a call up email (SupplierConnect or manual notification), an “attach all” button has been added for job files.
This will allow any job files within the selected subfolder to be automatically added to the attachments list.

Functionality Delivered

After producing a call up and clicking next to the job files screen, select on a job file folder.

If all documents are to be attached from the files listed on the right, select the “Attach All” button.

The attached files section at the bottom will be updated to confirm all the files have been attached.

If you try to manually attach a file again using the “Attach” option, a dialog will appear to confirm the file is already added (and no duplications are allowed).
Using the attach all button will also not re-add the same document again if it is already in the attached files list.

Files can be removed by use of the “Remove” or “Remove All” buttons.
