Construction Logistics - Email Call Up Wizard

Email Calls ups can be issued to Trades and/or Suppliers using the Notifications Call Up Wizard, as follows:

Note: This will operate for non-profiled Supplier Connect Suppliers.

Step 1 - Tools / Enable Notification Email on Call Up

Step 2 -  Enter the Called and Called For Date and the Notifications Call Up Wizard dialog box will be displayed.

Step 3 - Enter recipients email address, Cc and Bcc email addresses, as required.

Step 4 - Select Job Files you wish to attach to your email (from the Logistics Tablet Job Files) or select Skip.

Step 5 - Select files you wish to attach (from your tablet/laptop) or select Send.
