Overview

New rules have been added to ECM and CLT where we prevent Progress Claims from being called off or multiple call records created

You cannot call off a Claim call forward activity in Framework ECM or Construction Logistics Tablet if:

a) It has an Actual complete date

b) It’s not complete, has a Called For date, and the pref for raising claims from forecasts is true (as implemented for PCI/non-PC I in the code now)

c) It doesn’t have a Called For date

This is designed to reduce the risk to AR reversing a claim due to a supervisor calling off a claim activity.
