Logistics Notif. Monitor Processing Messages/Comments

The Logistics Notification monitor app has been updated so that all data changes are logged as Logistics Item comments.

It records a Logistics Item comment every time data is received and processed into the Tablet database.

Logistics Bulk Call Up to Support Unlinked POs

An "Assumed" call up for bulk operations was added.

When an activity included in the bulk call up does not have any linked POs a call up, is sent, assuming the PO being referred to.

• If the activity is not linked to any order, the orders on the cost centre are reviewed.

• If there is only one order on the cost centre for the supplier of the activity, this must be the order we're referring to and calling up.

• This is regardless of whether the order is linked to another (different) activity, or not

The comment that is added to the item on call up is updated in this situation, with extra text at the end of the comment that reads: "Note: Call Up PO used is assumed, as the single unlinked order on this cost centre for this supplier."

A check is performed to see that the device has the correct version of MS-Outlook installed for email and notification monitoring to work.

When it is determined that Outlook is not available - the notification monitor is not started at startup, regardless of preferences.

When it is determined that Outlook is not available - email related menu options show the same message as above and do not proceed:

1. "Start Notification Monitor".

2. "Enable Notification Email on Call Up".
