The Integration Mapping screen lists the MYOB Customer Card fields that TFS can integrate to.

  • From the Integration menu, select Mapping.
  • From the sidebar, select Integration then Mapping.


Integration Mapping Columns

Column

Description

Table

The MYOB table updated by integration.

Field

The MYOB field updated by integration.

Create?

If true (Yes), this field will be updated when a new MYOB Customer Card is being created.

Create Method

The method used to determine the value for the field. Available options include: 

  • Fixed Value
  • New (maximum) Value
  • New (minimum) Value
  • Special (coded)
  • Table/Field Combination

Source/Value

The source or value details based on the Create Method selected.

Update?

If true (Yes), this field will be updated when an existing MYOB Customer Card is updated.

Update Method

The method used to determine the value for the field. Available options include: 

  • Fixed Value
  • New (maximum) Value
  • New (minimum) Value
  • Special (coded)
  • Table/Field Combination

Source/Value

The source or value details based on the Update Method selected.
