TFS Intefration Guide - Table of Contents

The Integration Mapped Field dialog is for ADVANCED users of TFS and MYOB only. For assistance with modifying the contents of this dialog

The Integration Mapped Field dialog is used to edit the mapped fields for integration. Modifying these fields allows users to change how the updating of clients in MYOB is performed.

Destination Group

Field	Description
Database	The database type (i.e., MYOB).
Table	The MYOB table that is being updated.
Field	The MYOB field that is being updated.

Create Group

Field	Description
Create?	Toggle: Yes: The field will be updated when a record is created during integration. No: The field will not be updated when a record created during integration.
Method	The method used to determine the value for the field. Click the Method popup button to select the method. Available options include: Fixed Value New (maximum) Value New (minimum) Value Special (coded) Table/Field Combination Tip: The contents of the fields below change depending on the Method chosen.
Custom	The source or value details for the selected Method. Tip: The Custom field is displayed when the chosen Method is Fixed Value, New (maximum) Value, New (minimum) Value, or Special (coded).
Table	The TFS table that contains the source information that is created in MYOB during integration. Tip: The Table field is only displayed when the chosen Method is Table/Field Combination.
Field	The TFS field that contains the source information that is created in MYOB during integration. Click the Field popup button to select the field. Tip: The Table field is only displayed when the chosen Method is Table/Field Combination.

Update Group

Field	Description
