Managing Client Interactions

TFS provides several tools to make sure you maintain contact with your clients.

You can now capture 'Last Contact' and 'Next Contact' dates against;

  1. Clients.
  2. Client contacts.
  3. Entities.
  4. Entity contacts.

This information is input on the Marketing tab of the relevant entity.

You can utilise this information in the Tools screen for Clients, Companies and People.

You can also use the dates as criteria selection in Smart Campaign;

You can set date ranges against the Required Criteria.

On reports that allow criteria to be specified you can use these dates;

Under the Tools menu there are 3 screens which allow you to utilise the date information .

The usefulness of the Clients, Companies, and People Tools screens has been enhanced

Tools \ Client Screen

  1. You can filter to specific client ranks, which are defined on the client marketing tab.
  2. You filter down to clients whose last contact date, defined on on the client marketing tab, is on or after the specified date.
  3. You can then filter down to a specific to last contact date.
  4. You can filter down to clients owned by a specific broker.
  5. You can filter the contacts of clients down to those owned by a specific broker.
  6. You filter down to clients whose last next contact date, defined on on the client marketing tab, is on or after the specified date.
  7. You can then filter down to a specific to next contact date.
  8. The last comment made in CRM is displayed
  9. You can resize and reorder all of the columns and these settings will be stored in the database and used each time that you log into TFS. They are user specific.

Tools \ People Screen

  1. You can filter down to people whose last contact date, defined on on the entity marketing tab, is on or after the specified date.
  2. You can then filter down to a specific to last contact date.
  3. You can filter down to people owned by a specific broker.
  4. You can filter the contacts of the people down to those owned by a specific broker.
  5. You can filter to specific ranks, which are defined on the entity marketing tab.
  6. You filter down to people whose last next contact date, defined on on the entity marketing tab, is on or after the specified date.
  7. You can then filter down to a specific to next contact date.
  8. The last comment made on the entity Comment \ Followup tab is displayed.
