The Profiles screen is used to manage integration profiles. The information in these profiles can be tailored to the type of integration that is being performed.

The Profiles screen is the default screen when TFS Integration is opened.

  • From the Integration menu, select Profiles.
  • From the sidebar, select Profiles.

Integration Group

The Integration group allows users to filter the Integration Profiles and Run History lists based on the Integration Type.

To filter the lists, click the Type drop-down list and select an integration type.

Integration Profiles List

The Integration Profiles list displays basic information about the current integration profiles. To view detailed information about an integration , highlight the profile from the list and click the View button. See Integration Profile Dialog.

  • Number: The automatically generated Integration Profile number.
  • Name: The name of the Integration Profile.
  • Type: The Integration Type.
  • Ext. ODBC: The name of the External ODBC DSN that connects to the third party application.
  • Criteria: The selected Criteria Method.


To edit an existing Integration Profile, highlight the profile and click the Edit button.
