TFS 12 introduces a new way to calculate revenue split payments for brokers. The payments can now calculated via 2 new income statement reports available in the Analysis category

These reports use values specified in the Brokerage (Incremental) section of the Broker record (TFS Administration \ Entity \ Brokers )

To access the Brokerage (Incremental) section you first need to lock the Brokerage (Non Incremental) section by clicking the indicated button.

When this has been done you can then enter up to 6 incremental values and specify the percentage of the brokerage revenue that will be paid to the broker dependent on the Total Amount Financed (Excluding brokerage)

Increment 1 will always start of a 'From $0.00 and cannot be changed. As you enter values in the subsequent Increments the Unlimited moves down to the increment that you have just entered.

The From value refers to deals that are greater than the value.

When you run the reports the amount payable to the broker will be calculated based on the incremental percentages for each of the applications settled within the defined period of the report.
