Some new preferences have been added to control how person entity names will be populated.

1) Select Security \ Preference.

2) Select  TFS Main Program \ Settings \ Entity.

3) Click on the name type that you want to set.

4) Select the format for the name that you want to see;

  • (Title) (First Name(s)) (Surname) e.g. Mr Martin Garnet.
  • (Title) (Surname) e.g. Mr Garnet.
  • (First Name(s)) (Surname) e.g. Martin Garnet.
  • (Surname), (Title) (First Name(s)) e.g. Garnet, Mr Martin.
  • (Surname), (First Name(s)) e.g. Garnet, Martin.
