Preference to allow changes to entity ownership

TFS 2016 Version 12 introduced the concept of Entity Ownership. There is a new permission that you can assign that determines whether users can amend ownership.

From TFS Administration

1) Select Security \ Permission

2) Select TFS Main Program \ Content.

3) Select permission -1032 Entity Ownership - Modify.

4) Select the Permission Level that you want to amend.

5) Select the Group \ User that yiu want to change.

6) Click on Toggle to change the permission to the required value.
