There are several new criteria options available for defining the entities that you wish to include in campaigns.

  1. Product Requirement Profiling. This is defined on Client \ Marketing.
  2. Last Contact \ Next Contact. This is maintained on both the Client \ Marketing or Entity \ Marketing.
  3. Owner Entity. This is maintained on the Client \ Marketing or Entity \ Marketing.
