Adding contacts to a broker for SMS

TFS 2016, Version 12,  introduced the ability to communicate with clients and contacts via SMS directly from TFS. A broker can have a group of contacts whom they regularly wish to communicate with via SMS. To allow them to do this the contacts must be added to the broker in TFS Administration.

1) Select Entity \ Entity.

2) Click on Broker.

3) Click on the broker who you wish to add contacts to.

4) Click in the Contacts section of the screen.

5) Click New.

6) Click No. A search dialogue will then be displayed where you can search for the contact who you want to add.
