Sending SMS from TFS is free. To be able to send SMS you must first register on the Perspective Platform. Refer to the  Registering for SMS page for instructions on how to do this

You can now send SMS messages to clients, their contacts and also entity contacts related to the clients.

Below you can see the SMS Communicate screen.

Sending an SMS 

  • First, select the entities that you want to communicate with.

  1. Click on the entity that you want to send an SMS to.
  2. Click on the Add Recipients button next to the entity that you have selected.


  • Enter your SMS

  1. Enter the text.
  2. The maximum length of an SMS is 450 characters.
  3. When you have finished click the OK button.


There are several areas where you can send an SMS from.
