TFS 2017, Version 12, saw the introduction of the ability to communicate with clients, client contacts, entities and entity contacts via SMS directly from TFS.
Annual Support and Maintenance Required
This functionality is directly related to the Annual Support and Maintenance (ASM) agreement. If your ASM is not current then you will not be able to send SMS messages from within TFS.
If you would like to activate SMS then please contact support by emailing support@thefinanceshop.net.au.
You can open the Communicate window and send an SMS from the following areas;
1) The Client Contacts screen.
