SMS Icon for launching the Communication Dialog

  1. In the context bar, when a mobile field is displayed for the contact, then the 'SMS' icon is next to it, and this will also open the communication dialog.  this is disabled if the screen is in edit mode.
  2. Where we have our list of primary phone fields, we have added a new icon for 'Sms' next to the mobile field.  If there is a value in the mobile field then clicking this icon will open the communication dialog.
