Changing Bank Details

To change a companies bank details, this is done within the Administration module in the entity section.

  1. Open the Administration module using the Framework Explorer Icon.

  2. Navigate to the Administration module, then select Entity from the sidebar, then select Entity under this.
  3. Select the entity role Region/Devision Entity (rDiv Entity)

  4. Edit the required entity by pressing the edit button in the bottom right of the screen.



  5. Add in the bank details into the 'Notes' section.

  6. After making these changes, press OK.

Any reports or mail merge documents that use this information will now populate with the new details.
