This page might be useful to explain to users how to utilise their signatures that pre-exist within Outlook in their Framework emails.

Instructions:

Ensure that the job in question has a contact that has email set as a method of contact
Bring up the job in Framework
Select the 'email' button next to the contact on the context bar:
This will bring up the following screen in Outlook, you will simply want to select the signature drop down, and select your preferred signature from your available signatures.
