Entering Call Up Email Address Against a Supplier
- Sometimes suppliers may want orders and call ups emailed to separate addresses. By Default, the email address assigned to an entity, is used for both, however an additional address specifically for call ups can be added by following the instructions below:
- Open Framework ECM and navigate to the Administration Module
- Navigate to Entity>Entity
- Select the relevant Entity Role from the list on the left hand side of the screen and then select the relevant Entity from the list on the right hand side and click Edit.
- On the Telephone tab, click New.
- Click the ellipsis next to Description and select Email Call Up (suppConnect) from the list
- Click the ellipsis next to Format and select Email from the list.
- Enter the Email address under Full Number and click OK
These changes will be brought across to supervisor tablets when they perform their nightly meeting day syncs, or can be immediately grabbed via an office data sync.
