Land Overview

The Land Overview screen manages details for a selected file's land, including title release, ownership details, and specific land details such as area, frontage, and location.

Two tabs are available on the Land Overview screen:

General Tab
User Defined Fields Tab

General Tab

The General tab holds the Land Overview content.

The Land Number field is only generated for Enterprise land created and managed in the Land Management Module. It will not be automatically generated for Client land, but can be added manually.

User Defined Fields Tab

The User Defined Fields tab displays fields that have been created using the Customisation function in Framework Administration.

Security permissions can be applied to the UDF tab, but not to the individual fields here. If a UDF is used on a customised screen, the security permissions can be applied.

Unlink File/Job

If the Enterprise Land is no longer associated with a particular File or Job, the link can be removed and the land made Available for Sale again by selecting the Unlink File/Job button.

Change Division

Land can be moved from one Region Division to another using the Change Division button.

CRITICAL

Changing the Region Division for Land can have serious implications if Integration to another system is in place. Do not proceed unless all implications are clearly understood.
