Work Flow Tools

The Work Flow Tools screen allows for the use of tools to list jobs forecasted for the end of the Administration stage and the start of the Construction stage. Forecast Site Approvals and Site Start Management tools are used to list this information.


The number of jobs displayed in the Jobs list is modified by using the filter options at the top of the screen. Options include: 

  • Work Flow Tool / View: Filter jobs by a specific work flow tool and view.
  • Region/Division: Filter jobs by region/division.
  • Major Stage: Filter jobs by major stage.
  • Sale Type: Filter jobs by sale type.
  • Team: Filter jobs by team.
  • Job Status: Filter jobs by job status.
  • Administrator: Filter jobs by administrator.

Select [All] to select all options in a filter.

Due to the large amount of information included for each job, the horizontal scroll bar is used to view all details for the work flow.

Procedures

Editing A Job

  1. From the top of the screen, select the required filter options.
  2. Click Refresh. The Jobs list will be updated.
  3. From the Jobs list, select a job.
  4. Click Edit. The Forecast Site Approvals dialog will be displayed.
  5. Edit the details.
  6. Click OK. The dialog will close.

The Notes section of the Forecast Site Approvals dialog and Work Flow Tools screen are CRM Comments created by the Forecast Site Approvals Department.

Changing The Current Job

To further review information and to add comments for a selected job, the current job that is displayed in the context bar can be changed.

  1. From the Jobs list, select the required job.
  2. Click Select. The context bar will be updated with the selected job information.
