Work Flow Forecasting

Work Flow Forecasting has changed

Significant changes have been made to Work Flow Forecasting, requiring a supporting database update.

When accessing the Forecasting screens for Work Flow, Pre-Administration, Administration, Construction or Maintenance, a message will be shown to advise of the need for the database update.

Should this occur, please Contact Insula Software

The Work Flow Forecasting screen displays forecast information for the entire work flow.

Work flow forecasting is used to manage the selected job's work flow over all stages. A job's work flow forecast is based on a predetermined work flow template which contains calculations to forecast the job's work flow based on entered dates and the allowance allocated to each of the minor stages.

A more detailed view of each stage can be seen on the specific stage forecasting screens.
