There is a new 'Custom' Tools -> People screen. If the preference for 'Custom People Screen' is set to 2 then the new custom screen will be displayed in TFS.

This screen shows all entities in the system of type 'Person' and it then shows the name of the entity who they're a contact for.

The default is 1. To see the Custom People screen set it to 2

When set to 2 the People screen will work like the existing 'People' screen, but will instead only have one list.  This one list will be based on the original 'Top' list from the original screen, but will include 3 new columns.

 - Type column to be added (to show EC, CC, S, C etc like we do in the entity search dialog on the entity tab)

 - 'Contact For' column to be added (based on what we do in the entity search dialog on the entity tab)

 - Owner column to be added to show who owns the entity.  (this is helpful for when they choose '[all]' in the Owner filter.

You can also specify whether to include Client Contacts and Inactive Contacts.

IMPORTANT CONCEPTS

You can resize and move the columns on the grid and the settings will be saved on a user by user basis. This means that when you log into TFS on any machine it will display the grid in the way that you have organised it for your personal use.
