TFS Admin Guide - Table of Contents

     

        

The Team screen allows administrators to create teams. Examples of teams include Corporate Teams, Private Sales Teams, etc.

  • From the Administration menu, select Organisation then Team.
  • From the sidebar, select Organisation then Team.


You can attach Brokers to Teams. This allows you report on groups of brokers based on their Team.

  1. Click the New button. The Team dialog will be displayed.



  2. Enter the team name.
  3. Click the Short Name Copy button () if the short name is to be the same as the name.
    OR
    Enter a short name.
  4. Select the Available All Contexts? status:
    • Yes (default): The team will be available in all contexts.
    • No: The team will be created for the current context only. The current context is displayed in the Context Bar.
  5. Click the OK button. The Team dialog will close.
