The Application Service Providers screen is similar to the Client Service Providers screen except this is used to list the services specific to an application. This screen also displays the location of the primary good.

A feature of this screen is the ability to communicate with a service provider.


 Opening the Application Service Screen - Click here to expand...
  • From the Application menu, select Services.
  • From the sidebar, select Application then Services.



 Editing a Service Provider - Click here to expand...
  1. Click the Edit button to change the screen into Edit Mode.
  2. Click the Company popup button (). The Select [Service Provider]dialog will be displayed.
  3. From the Entity Role drop-down list, select the required role, such as 'Accountant'.
  4. Enter all or part of the entity's name in the Name field to further filter the Entity list.
  5. From the Entity list, select the required service.
  6. If you know the name of the contact and it is displayed in the list, select the required contact from the Contacts list.
  7. Click the OK button.

If a service provider is changed at any time and you have applications in progress, users will be prompted to update those applications manually with the new changes.

Click the Communicate button (  ). The Email  dialog will be displayed.

You can use a blank email or apply a template to it. You can define templates in TFS Administration. Click on the  next to Template and choose the relevant application level template;

The email will then populate with the template merging in any specified client data.

A comment will be made in the CRM \ Comments screen.
