The Application Overview screen allows users to view and edit general and summary application information that can be viewed at a glance. More in-depth information for an application may be accessed through the individual screens and lists.
Opening the Application Overview Screen - Click here to expand...
From the sidebar, select Application then Overview.
Press Ctrl + A.
Click the Application Overview toolbar icon ( ).
Applicant Group Fields - Click here to expand...
- Contact: Displays the name of the contact for the application. This will default to the primary contact person but it can be changed by selecting the list button.
- Enforce Rules?: is used to enable TFS to do the calculations for the application. By default this is set to yes but if you would like to enter the values manually you can set this option to No.
- External?: Toggle to Yes if the application was processed via an external/outside broker or company. Entering external applications into TFS will allow the commitment schedule to be correct and will also allow users to chase up any residual/balloon the application may have.

- Number: The application number, like the client number, is assigned automatically. Users can enter the number manually but it must be unique. The application number can contain both numbers and characters.
- Financier Reference Field: Is assigned by the financier when performing the application process.
- Account Number: Is the number of the loan once the deal is settled.
- SmartCampaign Ref.: Is the reference number from TFSSmartCampaign. Brokers would enter this field if the application arose from a particular marketing campaign.
- Broker: Is used to select the broker. Click the (Left) Edit button to be able to edit this field.
- Administrator: Is used to select the administrator for the application.
- Settlement Officer: Is used to select the settlement officer.
- Contract Type: Is used to select what type of contract type the application is. For example, credit limit, drawdown, etc.
- Purpose: is used to select the purpose of the application
- Include Financials? / Include Cash Flow?: Is used to toggle whether or not client financials and cash flows will appear on the application for finance report.
- Paid Out?: Is used to indicate if the application has been paid. The application may have been paid out by another application which you can then enter the application number (Application # field).

- Application Type: Is used to select the type of application.

- Application Short Description: Is used to enter a description of the goods associated with the loan.
Work Flow Group Fields - Click here to expand...
- Stage: The current stage of the application. These are determined by the work flow dates that have been entered.
- Status: The current status of the application.
- Start Date: The Application Start Date field has a permission applied to it (-1004 - Application Start Date in the TFS Administration Tool). This allows the prevention of editing the start date field.
Revenue Group Fields - Click here to expand...
The Revenue fields display the number of revenue items you have and the total value of those items. The value refers to the broker portion of the items. It also displaysthe amount of items that are unpaid as well as their value.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Fields
- Complies?/Compliant: Entering Yes into the Complies? field will allow the other fields in this section to be edited. The Compliant field accepts the date compliance was issued.
- Checked By: Select the TFS user who performed the compliance check.
- Reference: When an AML check is done by an external verification/assessment service, a reference number may be provided for the completed verification. This is like a receipt number that can be referred to if there is ever any need to confirm that the AML check was completed.
