The Application Contacts screen shows all of the contacts who were associated with the application and the roles that they have.

  • From the Application menu, select App Contacts
  • From the sidebar, select Application then App Contacts.



 Client and Client Contacts - Click here to expand...

This section shows you the client and their contacts with the roles that they have within the current application.  These roles are the default ones that are set at the Client Contact level. When you create a new application the contacts are copied to the Application Contacts. This allows you to see by application who was involved and the roles that they had.

You can change their roles in this screen by double clicking in any of the roles to toggle on or off the tick.

If any of the Contacts had their own contacts that were to be included on the application you will see them in this section. You can change their roles in this screen by double clicking in any of the roles to toggle on or off the tick.
