The Goods Details screen lists specific information about financed items. Any goods entered during the application process will appear on this screen. New goods can be added, or existing goods can be edited from this screen.

Opening the Goods Details Screen - Click here to expand...

From the Application menu, select Goods Details.

From the sidebar, select Application then Goods Details.

To see more detail on the Goods records click on the View button.
To add a Goods record to the application click on the New button.
To amend the Goods records just click on Edit.
To Delete an item click on Delete.

Adding a Goods Record - Click here to expand...

Click New. The Create or Assign Asset prompt will display.
Click Yes. The General tab of the Goods Details dialog will display.
Enter the general details.
Select the Location tab.
Enter the location details.
Select the Service Providers tab.
Enter the service provider's details.
Select the PPSR tab.
Enter the personal property securities register details.
Select the Depreciation tab.

Only present if using the asset register module.
Enter the depreciation details.
Select the Notes tab.
Enter any notes, if required.
Click OK. The Goods will be added.
