How to Change the Sort Order

Open a TFS Administration Tool list. The Entity screen Entities list has been used as an example for the following procedure.

1. Move the mouse to the column to be sorted.
2. Hold the mouse over the column heading until a hand icon is displayed.
3. Click the left mouse button. The column will be surrounded by a black border.
4. Release the mouse button. The order will now be the opposite of the previous sort order (ascending or descending).
