6.5. Goods Details Group

The Goods Details Group is used to enter up to six (6) assets to be purchased with the application.

Example: An application may include a truck (asset one) and a trailer (asset two)

Field	Description
Supplier Name	Name of the company supplying the asset.
Supplier Contact	Contact person at the company supplying the asset.
Telephone	Telephone number of the company supplying the asset.
Email	Email address of the company supplying the asset.
Description Of Goods	Description of the goods being supplied.
Cost of Goods (net)	Net cost of the goods being supplied. Note: If multiple assets are being purchased, the total amounts will appear on the Calculator screen.
Cost of Goods (GST)	Net GST amount of the goods being supplied. This field is locked and cannot be edited.
Cost of Goods (Total)	Total cost of the goods being supplied. Note: If multiple assets are being purchased, the total amounts will appear on the Calculator screen.
Term (months)	Length of the finance application. Click the Term (months) drop-down list to select.
Residual Value	Residual value of the finance application. Click the Residual Value %
%	Drop-Down list to select.

Two check box options can be selected before an application can be sent:

Applicant has signed and forwarded the Privacy Act Form: if the applicant has signed a privacy act form, this allows the agent to forward the applicant's details to the finance broker.
