6.3. Property Schedule Group

The Property Schedule Group is used to list up to five (5) property assets. These assets will be linked with the primary contact upon submission to The Finance Shop.

Example: Commercial Premises, Residential Home, Home Unit, Other House Property, Vacant Land, Farm, etc.

Field	Description
Address	Address of the property.
Type	Type of property. Example: Commercial Premises, Residential Home, Home Unit, Other House Property, Vacant Land, Farm, etc.
Mortgagee	Lender in a mortgage, typically a bank.
Market Value	Current quoted price of the property.
Balance	Amount owing on the property.
Monthly Payment	Monthly payment on the property.
