Building Contract Savings Programme

The Building Contract Savings Programme screen manages the payments and deposits made while completing a savings programme. These payments do not impact on the contract amount.

Procedures

Creating A Forecast Deposit Programme

  1. Click Template. The Create a Forecast Deposit confirmation prompt will appear.
  2. Click Yes to create a forecast deposit.
If an existing forecast deposit exists, click Yes if the Delete Existing Forecast Deposits confirmation prompt appears.

Building Contract Savings Programme Details

The Building Contract Savings Programme Details screen is used to create deposits and to compare deposits versus payments. A number of views are available including: 

  • Forecast Deposits versus Forecast Payments
  • Forecast Deposits versus Actual Deposits
  • Forecast Deposits versus Actual Payments
  • Forecast Payments versus Actual Payments
  • Actual Deposits versus Forecast Payments

Procedures

Creating A Building Contract Finance Deposit

  1. Click New. The Deposit dialog will be displayed.
  2. Enter the details.
  3. Click OK. The dialog will close and a new building contract deposit will be created.

The Building Contract Deposit Programme screen is used to create deposits and to compare deposits versus payments programmes. A number of views are available including:
