Amended Construction Claims

Amended Construction Claims are used when you would like to spread the Post Contract Variation Amount across Construction Claims. The Total of the Post Contract Variations and divided up across the construction claims based on the claim percentage. 

Step-by-step guide

1. Navigate to the Construction Claims Screen in Framework

2. Click on the Print or Preview icon in the toolbar 

3. Print the Amended Construction Claims Report

4. The Amended Construction Claims Report has a procedure on what to do.

  • Adjust Variation Claims to have a total of Zero (in this example you would put a -$4593 into the Inc GST Other amount against the Claim)
  • Adjust the Construction Claims into the Other Amount(s) Inc GST field in the claims with the amounts from the Unpaid VOs column on the report.

  • Re-Run the Amended Construction Claims Report to ensure the Check Column are $0
