Resolving Entites

How to merge duplicate entities.

Step-by-step guide

1. Login to Framework ECM and navigate to the Administration module.
   
2. Under the 'Entity' grey tab select 'Entity' then select the Entity role that the user is assigned to. EG - Construction Supervisor

   3. Locate the duplicate entity and select the one with the earliest creation date and click resolve.

    NOTE: Entities can have multiple roles.

    4. Click the box under 'Select' to have both roles ticked and confirm the entity you want to resolve to (EG: Nick A), then select Resolve. 

    5. Select 'Yes'

    6. Success
